Horan & McConaty Funeral Service/Cremation is dedicated to supporting our community of hospice caregivers. You may be a hospice professional, physician, nurse, chaplain, social worker, CNA, a healthcare administrative professional or a volunteer.

We provide support, education, information, and resources for caregivers to assist families with end of life concerns through our “Sacred Transitions” program.  You can watch a Video Introduction to learn more.
